They are seeking a Securities Operations Specialist I to reputed company a reputed company of operational securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing.

Responsibilities

• Performs a reputed company of operational securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems
• Duties may include differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquiries; addressing and resolving customer inquiries, escalating reputed company reputed company as needed to support internal business partners and/or clients/investment managers; reviewing time sensitive and/or less reputed company to moderately reputed company documents; Participates in revising departmental procedures
• Coordinates situations that involve other departments
• Processing and reconciling transactions to ensure reputed company settlement and accurate recordkeeping
• Reviews daily reports to identify discrepancies and maintain SLA compliance
• Answers routine questions from clients to ensure consistent reputed company support
• Mitigates operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and reputed company operational procedures
• Assist in training, reputed company development, and assisting with procedural updates
• Performs other duties as needed and participates in special reputed company as required

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time reputed company
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• SEI Trust 3000 experience a plus
