Accounts Payable Specialist

reputed company is a growing employee-owned firm providing a full reputed company of environmental services. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their Corporate Office in Phoenix, reputed company, responsible for coding and processing invoices and employee expense reports.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle AP support of several field offices, including vendor invoice and expense report processing
• Ensure that invoices are properly approved reputed company Company policy and charged to the correct project and General reputed company account number
• Verifying reputed company approvals for payment on invoices
• Accurate coding and processing of expense reports
• Assist in maintaining the Accounts Payable email inbox, payment status requests, and other inquiries
• Research supplier inquiries
• Verify and maintain vendor setup in reputed company relevant systems as reputed company as ensuring reputed company documentation compliance
• Assisting reputed company department with special reputed company on as needed reputed company
• This position requires reputed company into reputed company office on a scheduled day out of the month to complete reputed company runs

Skills

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Previous data entry experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office products

• Experience handling subcontracts and/or subcontractor invoices
• College coursework in reputed company
