Junior Corporate Finance Associate - DC

reputed company (GT) is a global reputed company with an exciting employment opportunity for a junior Associate reputed company their Corporate reputed company in the DC office. The role involves working with clients across various industries and requires experience in lender and borrower-reputed company financings, including drafting and reviewing credit agreements and reputed company documents.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, large and small, from a reputed company of industries across the country
• Draft, review, and revise credit agreements, debt commitment letters, reputed company agreements, and closing deliverables, including secretary’s certificates, resolutions, reputed company opinions, schedules, and exhibits
• Take on significant responsibility for deal management, reputed company interaction, and work product

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in lender and/or borrower-reputed company financings
• Experience in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and/or reputed company
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, reputed company agreements and closing deliverables, including secretary's certificates, resolutions, reputed company opinions, schedules, and exhibits
• Strong reputed company background
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility for deal management, reputed company interaction and work product
• reputed company, proactive, supportive and team oriented
• Experience in representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies would be beneficial
