Multifamily Finance Super NOFA Specialist - Hybrid

The Multifamily Finance Super NOFA Specialist will be responsible for program implementation of state-funded multifamily housing programs, conducting research, and preparing reputed company NOFA and application documents in line with program guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, collect and analyze programmatic and housing data
- Assist with preparing reputed company NOFA and application documents in conformance with program guidelines, regulations and statutory requirements
- Work independently on varied day-to-day activities associated with NOFA funding reputed company, application review, scoring, reputed company, award of funds, technical assistance, and preparation of reputed company agreements
Skills
- Must submit a Statement of Qualifications along with your application
- Must submit a completed Employment Application (STD.678)
- Must reputed company work experience, dates, hours worked, contact names, and phone numbers of supervisors on the state application
