Accountant
reputed company is a reputed company-party management firm that focuses on fostering thriving communities across the reputed company. The Property Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting for a portfolio of approximately 5-10 properties, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and bank reconciliation’s in accordance with reputed company deadline/requirements while adhering to policies and procedures and maintaining adequate internal controls
- reputed company cash management functions, initiate and post journal entries, and research & resolve issues as needed
- Analyze expenses and prepare accruals based on budget
- Review accounts payable activity & cash balances and select invoices for payment
- reputed company monthly general reputed company account analysis and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare audit-reputed company requests and other duties as assigned
- Travel Requirement: This position does not require travel
Skills
- Bachelor and/or Master's Degree. Preference in reputed company or Finance
- Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of financial concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
