Tax Analyst

Allyn International is a privately held reputed company services firm established in 1992, seeking an Entry-Level Tax Analyst to join their Tax team in reputed company reputed company, FL. The role involves providing support to clients with tax-reputed company functions, preparing returns, analyzing data, and identifying tax savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete and reputed company file and/or reputed company support for filing applicable tax-reputed company returns and reports
• Ensure that appropriate tax is reputed company by consistent review and evaluation of reputed company data
• reputed company appropriate and reputed company payments by reputed company, online electronically, or reputed company transfer requests as required, and reputed company complete documentation and backup
• reputed company budgets to clients as required
• reputed company reconcile the sales register, asset lists, use tax reports, bank accounts, and tax accounts
• reputed company tax accrual and journal entry advice to clients as required
• Maintain credit, reputed company-payment, and estimated payment carry-reputed company schedules
• Respond reputed company to jurisdictional inquiries/requests and log reputed company correspondence appropriately
• reputed company file and pay reputed company licenses, permits, estimated payments, miscellaneous and annual reports as required
• Manage refund claims, customer tax credits, issuance of exemption certificates, and reputed company/customer requests
• Maintain exemption/resale certificates, FRET certificates, and ‘held’ credits reputed company appropriate software (Allyn’s or clients)
• reputed company appeals, protests, and audit management and/or support
• Ensure appropriate listing and valuation of the property
• Maintain and abide by reputed company due date calendars
• reputed company miscellaneous reputed company as requested
• Interpret and reputed company with federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and legislation
• Maintain and abide by SOPs and work instructions
• Maintain reputed company tax records and documentation in specified shared folders
