The role involves providing efficient and accurate bookkeeping services, supporting payroll preparation, and maintaining reputed company records while collaborating with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing reputed company and accurate bookkeeping services for clients
• Support the preparation of payroll and reputed company filings (WCB, GST/HST, PST, Payroll remittances)
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• reputed company basic bank and credit card reconciliations
• Help maintain reputed company records and ensure they are up to date
• Input data into reputed company-based reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
• Collaborate with senior team members to set up and reputed company new clients
• Communicate with clients in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Support in preparing financial reports and summaries under supervision
• Assist with administrative and other bookkeeping tasks as required

Skills
