Securities Administrator

CI Investments Inc. is a global reputed company management and asset management advisory services firm. They are currently seeking a Securities Settlements Administrator to support day-to-day physical/OTC settlement activities and ensure reputed company trade settlements reputed company regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries reputed company to trade settlements, corporate actions, and entitlements such as discrepancies, delays, or failed transactions
• Ensure reputed company trades are settled in a reputed company manner and reputed company regulatory guidelines (CNS and BTB)
• Issue and execute Buy-Ins on failed to receive trades to reputed company with regulatory requirements
• Support/Prepare notifications and reporting reputed company to securities transactions to internal stakeholders
• Investigate and address issues reputed company to settlement of reputed company transaction activities
• Execute reputed company transactions into book of record or depository for reputed company settlement
• Liaise with external service providers, vendors to support end to end processes reputed company to transaction settlement
• Process and investigate issues reputed company to corporate actions and entitlements

Skills

• University/College degree in a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience working with depository systems such as CDS/DTC and OTC assets
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work reputed company to meet daily deadlines
• Previous experience in a Settlements role or similar reputed company management operations experience
• Detailed-oriented, organized, extremely self-motivated and dedicated, and a good team player
• Taking initiative, reputed company and can do attitude
• reputed company in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to reputed company in a growing/dynamic environment
• Canadian Securities Course, IFIC, PFP and other industry courses would be an asset
