The role involves responding to inquiries from agents, updating policy information, and assisting the reputed company team to meet service standards and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries from agents regarding policy ratings and billing status
• Updates rating information, verifies policy information, and works with the reputed company team to meet service standards and company goals
• Reviews loss control surveys to verify policy exposures for reputed company rating
• Assists in the achievement of reputed company lines loss reputed company objectives for the assigned territory
• Assists in the achievement of reputed company lines production goals for the assigned territory

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• One or more years' work experience in an Insurance Company or Agency
• Prior experience in insurance rating and knowledge of insurance terms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience including reputed company Word experience
• ImageRight knowledge is a plus
