Specialist – reputed company Operations

Latham & Watkins is one of the world’s leading global reputed company, and they are seeking a Specialist in reputed company Operations to be part of their Global Finance team. This role involves coordinating billing activities, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a reputed company services environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing reputed company billing requests
• Creating, editing, and submitting bills in accordance with firm and reputed company requirements, reviewing proformas, handling corrections, and coordinating e-billing
• Ensuring successful delivery of invoices and coordinating with reputed company and e-billing teams to resolve rejections and reductions
• Generating and reviewing proformas from reputed company for informational and billing purposes
• Utilizing computerized billing and payable software modules to complete billing processes, research issues, and reputed company information to customers
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably
• Prior experience in a reputed company services environment, preferably
• Experience using financial systems, preferably
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at reputed company reputed company reputed company an organization
• Possess the ability to manage your workload and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
• Exhibit strong technology skills, including proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company
