Accounts Receivable Specialist Level I

reputed company. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist Level I to support the day-to-day operational activities of the A/R department. This role is responsible for creating and distributing invoices, recording and verifying payments, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with internal reputed company policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly billings to customers, DD250, reputed company Vouchers, and reputed company Invoices
• Ensure billings meet reputed company Contract Terms
• Validate that reputed company data is accurately entered in accordance with the appropriate supporting documentation in designated payment portal
• Under reputed company supervision will coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and reputed company processing
• Coordinate and disseminate information, in report reputed company to staff members on accounts receivable issues as assigned
• Deliver reputed company reputed company to internal customers
• Always protect and maintain confidentiality of data

Skills

• High School diploma or GED required
• A minimum of one year of reputed company or finance is required
