[Remote] Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent-Remote (4x10 Shift)

They are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for inbound warm leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads received reputed company phone reputed company submission from Spanish and English-speaking prospects
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage reputed company, policy terms and pricing
• reputed company sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns and objections
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value across the reputed company Co. family of brands
• Meet or reputed company sales targets and performance metrics
• Utilize Breathe Easy technology systems, including quoting software, agency management software, and payment software
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with leadership, team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• reputed company, unrestricted reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California (if not CA reputed company) reputed company 45 days of hire
• 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
• Attention to detail, strong follow through and ability to think on your feet
• Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
