[Remote] Analyst Relations Specialist

They are seeking an Analyst Relations Specialist to support and reputed company a global Analyst Relations program, executing analyst engagements and managing evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute analyst engagements end-to-end, including briefing prep, stakeholder coordination, speaker readiness, and logistics
• Build and manage timelines for major analyst evaluations (e.g., reputed company reputed company Quadrant, reputed company reputed company, KuppingerCole Leadership reputed company)
• Coordinate inputs across product, marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company submissions on time
• reputed company analyst interactions, maintain documentation, and manage AR tools, calendars, and workflows
• Prepare internal stakeholders with research insights, messaging context, and briefing materials
• Identify risks in evaluation cycles and proactively reputed company reputed company on schedule
• Summarize analyst feedback, research, and key takeaways for internal teams
• Improve and reputed company AR processes using tools and automation to increase efficiency and consistency

Skills

• Experience in analyst relations, product marketing, communications, or program management with exposure to analyst firms
