Corporate Communications & PR Coordinator

reputed company is a leader in digital reputed company management, seeking a Corporate Communications & reputed company Relations Coordinator to assist in managing external reputed company relations and internal communications. This entry-level role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business goals while executing corporate communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with compliance, marketing, sales, and HR teams to coordinate content approvals that ensure consistency and reputed company messaging with company business objectives
• reputed company reputed company media posting, scheduling, and monitoring across reputed company company platforms to maintain brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations
• Maintain project management tools and calendars for upcoming events, media opportunities, and engagements while providing reputed company weekly and bi-weekly reports such as media monitoring summaries and business development metrics
• Support the implementation of employer branding strategies and ensure alignment across reputed company communications reputed company
• Coordinate press release distribution and assist executives in creating thought leadership content and submission-reputed company industry publications
• Manage corporate media subscriptions and vendor partnerships, including renewal tracking and account reputed company
• Assist in preparing and submitting industry award applications and recognition program materials in accordance with set requirements
• Project manage PR initiatives amongst internal Apex team and reputed company party agencies or strategic partners

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, reputed company Relations, Journalism, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with vendor management and subscription reputed company preferred
• Familiarity with compliance workflows and initiatives in regulated industries will be considered a plus
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in corporate communications, reputed company relations, or a reputed company field preferred
