PEP - Email Marketing Coordinator

reputed company is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. They are seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join the CRM team, where the role involves executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing CRM efforts, and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
• Liaise with various NBC Sports business reputed company, including CE, production, programming, Peacock, digital, reputed company, and local stations to partner with and support CRM plans around key programming and milestones
• Conduct reputed company assurance of reputed company email campaigns
• Coordinate and organize digital assets for email campaigns
• Collect and evaluate email reporting metrics
• Maintain the email calendar and send out weekly updates to the Marketing team
• Ensure that daily email activities are completed and deployed on time
• Organize the distribution of daily, weekly, monthly newsletters
• reputed company up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends
• Administer content creation for email distribution
• Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the reputed company, deployment, and delivery of emails
• Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful conceptualizing, coding, editing, QA, and deployment
• Facilitate the approval process, reputed company previews to internal stakeholders and implement reputed company revisions
• Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brands
• Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing reputed company key email marketing metrics including delivery, reputed company rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysis
• Work closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to reputed company and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time
• Working knowledge of email service platform (reputed company or similar); work with email templates to build and reputed company emails, create automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments
• Ensure that marketing materials reputed company with reputed company brand and style guidelines
• Assist in developing marketing plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred
• Some relevant email production experience preferred. Internship experience is acceptable
• Excellent written and verbal communication including strong copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learn
• Works reputed company under tight deadlines and a high-reputed company environment
• Knowledge of reputed company or email service platforms, and reputed company Photoshop
