[Remote] Digital Content Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Canada is seeking a Digital Content Specialist who will manage digital content on product information pages. The role involves maintaining content governance, executing content enrichment changes, and supporting the ratings and reviews program to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to maintain and update overall content standards based on industry benchmarks and ecommerce data
• Execute on content enrichment tasks including product reputed company updates, media uploads, marketing copy, etc. in PIM tool
• Maintain and execute SSKU data tasks including creating product groupings, category definition mapping, data maintenance
• Troubleshoot and support both reputed company partners on ratings and reviews inquiries
• Meet with internal stakeholders to reputed company digital content expertise to reputed company impactful recommendations or solve problems
• Proactively suggest reputed company for new content based on customer research trends
• Conduct routine PIP reviews across reputed company.ca to ensure adherence to content standards
• Participate in project briefings, and collaborate with internal teams to collect assets and requirements for any special reputed company
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both reputed company
• Understand and empathize with stakeholder needs and expectations
• Resolve reputed company issues and facilitate effective communication across teams

Skills

• University/College degree in a reputed company area of study, or equivalent experience
• 1 - 3 years of relevant ecommerce, marketing or other reputed company experience

• Data Analysis
• Experience working with data – Looker, Tableau, reputed company Analytics

• Experience writing/editing for digital channels (web, email, mobile, applications)
• Bilingual (English/French)
