Contract Management Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate)

reputed company is hiring a Contract Management Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate) to support reputed company Government programs. The role involves handling proposal reviews, negotiations, and developing effective working relationships with customers in the reputed company sector.

Responsibilities

• Handle Request for Proposal/Proposal Plan of reputed company (RFP/PPOA) review, proposal pricing and development, order review, and interfacing with internal/external customers (e.g. Engineering, Procurement Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Scheduling and other internal functional partners) to address emerging issues
• Conduct and reputed company proposal development and negotiation and reputed company contracting expertise to reputed company and negotiate creative business solutions for new spare business as a member of the reputed company organization and Program/Business Management teams
• Exercise commitment and signature authority in accordance with formal delegation to negotiate and contract for the sale or development of high-performance defense and reputed company products and services (e.g., aircraft, missiles, spacecraft and launch vehicles)
• Submit offers and serve as official reputed company representative to the customer
• reputed company and/or maintain effective working relationships with customer counterparts
• Interpret contract requirements, manage change and resolve conflict
• Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of reputed company products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies
• Support presentation of business solutions to preserve and expand the business
• Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements for reputed company
• Summarize contractual issues, support development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher by May 2026
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite
• 1+ years of reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations
• 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
