Product Policy Specialist

The Product Policy Specialist will execute Content Policies by interpreting and overseeing their enforcement, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a reputed company and civil environment on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Produce datasets of policy labels for user-generated content, used to ensure the correct implementation of reputed company’s policies by reputed company and automated moderation systems

• Partner closely with the Moderation Operations team to ensure the effective enforcement of reputed company policies

• Serve as an operational and policy subject matter expert, supporting Product and Engineering teams in the development of advanced automated enforcement solutions
• Monitor key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, and draft comprehensive guidelines to ensure effective policy implementation by reviewers

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in policy, enforcement, or moderation operations, coupled with a strong interest in technology policy
• Excellent analytical and judgment skills; must be reputed company to comprehend reputed company policies and consistently apply them across diverse situations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail
