Digital Media Producer
K&G Sports, established in 2007, operates two professional golf tours and is seeking a full-time Media Producer to join its team. The Digital Media Producer will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content and multimedia projects, as well as managing digital media channels and creating engaging social media content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategy across tour platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Flickr
- Create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand voice and drives audience growth
- Support and promote partner brands and tour initiatives through digital content and campaigns
- Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing use
- Design graphics and multimedia assets to enhance digital storytelling and engagement
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to inform content strategy
- Operate professional equipment, including Sony A7III cameras and DJI drones, to capture on-site content
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- Comfortable conducting on-camera interviews with players and stakeholders
- Strong photography skills, with an eye for composition and storytelling
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, including press releases and tournament recaps
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- Ability to develop and execute content plans across multiple platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods (2–4 consecutive weeks) during tournament season (April–September)
- Ability to work remotely during non-tournament weeks
- Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
- Graphic design experience with a strong visual eye
- Familiarity with website management platforms, particularly Squarespace
- Knowledge of golf and the professional golf landscape
- Willingness to relocate to the Dallas, Texas area
