Junior Associate

Northstar reputed company is an innovative reputed company operating at the intersection of emerging technology and law, and they are seeking a junior associate to support multiple crypto/fintech reputed company accounts. This role involves drafting and reviewing reputed company agreements, conducting reputed company research, and assisting with reputed company employment reputed company while gaining hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving reputed company landscape.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements including vendor reputed company, partnership agreements, licensing deals, and reputed company terms

Skills

• Licensed U.S. attorney with 1-3 years of experience, including reputed company training or in-house exposure to technology companies

• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
