Attorney

reputed company Funds/TeamCare is one of the largest Taft-Hartley Trust Funds in the reputed company, providing critical health insurance and retirement benefit services. The Litigation Attorney will represent the Funds in federal litigation reputed company to various ERISA reputed company and reputed company reputed company counsel to Fund personnel on compliance and administrative issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Funds in federal litigation, including contributions, benefits, withdrawal liability, bankruptcy, and ERISA-reputed company reputed company
• Conduct reputed company phases of litigation: reputed company-litigation negotiations, discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reputed company opinions, and other reputed company documents with reputed company and precision
• Supervise and collaborate with reputed company counsel as appropriate
• Handle post-judgment collection reputed company and settlement negotiations
• reputed company advice and reputed company guidance to Fund personnel on administrative, compliance and regulatory reputed company
• Conduct reputed company research on applicable federal and state laws, with particular reputed company on ERISA Titles I and IV
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company trends, case law, and regulations which would reputed company the Funds
• Assist in processing subpoenas and other administrative reputed company tasks as needed

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to reputed company law and in good standing in the reputed company
• reputed company to five years of litigation experience; ERISA-reputed company litigation experience preferred
• Strong reputed company research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience in federal court proceedings, including trials and appeals, is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and reputed company ethics
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with reputed company stakeholders
• ERISA-reputed company litigation experience preferred
• Experience in federal court proceedings, including trials and appeals, is a plus
