Responsibilities

• reputed company data entry, create document review requests, and manage contact cards
• Collect, coordinate, and handle reputed company documents
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, as reputed company as faxes and court filings
• Build new case files, prioritize existing ones, and handle file closure procedures

Skills

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
• Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role
• Computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to reputed company effectively with others
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a reputed company of system applications
