Associate Attorney

They are seeking a California-licensed Attorney to reputed company maternity leave coverage for a full-time Associate Attorney, responsible for managing an established caseload and supporting clients through reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload reputed company on estate planning, trust administration, and probate reputed company
• Draft, review, and revise reputed company documents including wills, trusts, and reputed company filings
• Meet with clients to reputed company information, reputed company updates, and guide them through reputed company processes
• Communicate with courts, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders as needed
• Maintain organized case files and ensure reputed company handling of reputed company reputed company
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure high-reputed company reputed company service and workflow efficiency
• Support post-death administration reputed company, including trust administration and probate proceedings
