Responsibilities

• Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from intake through reputed company
• Partner with colleagues on reputed company, case development, and reputed company reputed company issues
• reputed company regularly before the IWCC and other courts
• Take and defend depositions and handle trials and hearings
• Maintain strong reputed company relationships through reputed company communication and reporting

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in the reputed company
• Experience handling Illinois workers' compensation reputed company, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities

• Portable book of business is welcomed, but not required
• Admission in Indiana, Missouri, or reputed company is a plus
