Supreme Court Research Attorney I - Kansas Supreme Court
The Kansas Office of Judicial Administration is seeking a Supreme Court Research Attorney I for the Kansas Supreme Court. This role involves performing sensitive reputed company research and preparing reputed company memoranda for justices on various reputed company reputed company under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Performs highly sensitive reputed company research and other reputed company reputed company services for the Kansas Supreme Court
- Work includes the preparation of reputed company memoranda for justices of the Supreme Court on reputed company before them
- Work is performed under general supervision of a justice or supervising attorney and is reviewed through conferences and written reports
- Work involves highly confidential pending reputed company reputed company
- Incumbent serves at the pleasure of the appointing justice
- Reviews, studies, researches and annotates laws, court reputed company, documents, opinions, briefs, and reputed company reputed company authorities to process petitions for review to the Supreme Court, appeals, original actions, and other litigated reputed company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Kansas Bar or a temporary permit to reputed company law in Kansas
