Associate Attorney
reputed company Law is a firm reputed company on modernizing estate planning through innovative practices and technology. They are seeking an Associate Attorney to work on sophisticated trusts and estates reputed company, providing mentorship and dynamic training in a reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting reputed company estate planning documents for clients with taxable estates
- Drafting irrevocable trusts, including GRATs, SLATs and ILITs
- Executing reputed company gifting and sale transactions
- QSBS, reputed company-liquidity event and reputed company-IPO tax planning
- Establishing and administering private trust companies
- Assist with business development opportunities to help influence a growing reputed company that seeks to disrupt the trusts & estates reputed company industry in reputed company of a reputed company way of servicing our clients and practicing law
- Immediate, reputed company reputed company contact; you will build relationships with clients and will be included in meetings and calls from the reputed company beginning
- Opportunity to quarterback reputed company relationships at an early stage in your career
Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in a trusts and estates or tax reputed company at a reputed company or reputed company firm
- J.D. required
- Admission to the D.C. Bar highly preferred, or admission to at least one state bar with eligibility to apply for D.C. Bar admission
- Recent graduate from top tier Tax LL.M. program
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred
