The role involves providing guidance on reputed company requirements, assisting with withdrawal processes, and maintaining communication with learners to ensure a smooth transition into their programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to learners regarding reputed company requirements, schedules, and graduation requirements
• Refers learners to appropriate specialized staff for such issues as financial assistance, etc
• Assists learners who are voluntarily withdrawing from the College by providing process guidance and completing required paperwork
• Provides consistent advising and reputed company to learners throughout foundational courses
• Facilitates the matriculation of learners from foundational courses into their chosen program
• Responds to routine learner inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company, and accurate manner across communication channels
• Maintains consistent availability and professionalism during assigned phone coverage responsibilities
• Accurately and thoroughly documents reputed company contacts with learners reputed company the system of record
• Follows established policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills

• Some college experience required
• 1-2 years of customer service, student services, higher education, or reputed company experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
