Junior Digital Designer
BIC is a community of iconic brands, and Tangle Teezer is dedicated to providing everyone with healthier-looking hair through innovative products. The Junior Digital Designer will support the execution of 360° campaigns, creating high-quality digital assets across various channels while collaborating closely with the creative team.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital assets across channels including social, email, Shopify storefront, Amazon, and more
- Support 360 campaign rollouts from concept to execution
- Collaborate closely with midweight designers and the broader creative team
- Translate brand direction into compelling, on-brand visuals
- Work on a variety of deliverables, from static graphics to short-form video content
- Gain exposure to both brand and performance marketing creative
Skills
- 1-2 years' experience
- BA in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and asset hygiene
- Comfortable working within digital specifications (dimensions, DPI, file formats) and producing a high volume of precise, production-ready assets
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels
- Experience in beauty and/or fashion
