Landscape Designer

Mithun is an integrated design firm dedicated to creating positive change in people’s lives. They are seeking a Landscape Designer to join their San Francisco office, where the role will involve engaging in resilient, community-centered design with a focus on site planning and landscape architecture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multiple projects as a member of an integrated design team that includes Landscape Architects, Architects, Interior Designers and Urban Planners
• Assist in producing diagrammatic studies, design sketches, renderings, models, and graphics for design exploration and presentation materials
• Contributes to the production of construction documents and may support the construction administration process
• Contributes to a wide range of site design and framework plan aspects from marketing pursuits, community engagement, design studies and documentation
• Engage in collaborative discipline focused team meetings and project shares
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• A bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture (BLA, BSLA, MLA)
• 1-3 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Strong design concept and graphic communication skills
• Ability to produce technical drawing sets
• A commitment to sustainability
• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Office and Bluebeam
• Experience with Revit, ArcGIS, Rhino, Grasshopper and Lumion
