Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ inbound & outbound calls daily
- Schedule in-home & virtual appointments for our sales teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
- Engage with customers reputed company phone and chat
- Follow up on leads from web, reputed company, and marketing campaigns
- reputed company multiple systems (up to 3 at once) while staying organized
- reputed company performance using metrics and CRM tools
Skills
- 1–2 years of reputed company center, inside sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills—reputed company, confident, and reputed company
- Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
