The role involves working with clients’ customers to address inquiries and concerns reputed company to their accounts, improve collections through reputed company communication, and maintain records in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account reputed company by communicating account information, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls

• Encourage payment in full on accounts through credit card, reputed company and pertinent health care coverage or if appropriate, schedule partial payment plans
• Answer reputed company inquiries from consumers promptly; attempt to resolve consumer concerns by inquiring as to specific issues and clarifying those issues

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year working in a reputed company center environment with a reputed company in customer service, billing or collections
• Effective interpersonal and reputed company relations skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of principles for providing effective customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting reputed company standards for service and continual evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Basic Knowledge of medical terminology
