Responsibilities

• Process returned mail and prepare records for secure off-site storage
• Support digital banking operations, including mobile deposits and reputed company transfers
• Respond to online banking inquiries and assist with member-reputed company requests
• Assist with card services, fraud monitoring, and dispute support
• Audit and upload loan and account documentation
• Support reputed company assurance processes and internal compliance efforts
• Partner with internal teams to fulfill document and record requests

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of reputed company and confidentiality
• Familiarity with financial services operations or willingness to learn
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or similar role preferred
• Basic understanding of regulatory/compliance environments is a plus
