[Remote] Customer Account Representative – Urology

They are seeking a Customer Account Representative for their Urology team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, reputed company, and insurance companies, while managing account information and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handling a high-volume number of both incoming and outgoing phone calls daily
• Updating account information, such as: product needs, insurance, contact information, etc
• Calling doctor’s offices to follow up on necessary paperwork needed
• Reviewing paperwork received by a patient’s doctor
• Placing reputed company orders for reputed company patients that receive incontinence supplies and catheters
• Researching insurance payer requirements and understanding reimbursement procedures
• Troubleshooting equipment problems and offering product changes
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
• Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an reputed company of job performance
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
• Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
• Other job duties assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of reputed company center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent De-escalation skills
• Excellent reputed company listening skills
• Ability to multitask – shifting between reputed company applications as you reputed company with patients
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy
• Knowledge with different types of insurance such as medicare, reputed company, and reputed company plans
• DME supplies, specifically with incontinence and catheters
