Responsibilities

• Communicating through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages

• Utilizing multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment
• Executing policies along policy agreements
• Keeping a reputed company record of your work in a claims system
• Ensuring reputed company and accurate documentation is completed as you work on reputed company claim

Skills

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
• Previous industry experience is highly desired
• Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred
• Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to reputed company with customers and stakeholders remotely
• Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company in a virtual work environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a reputed company on delivering high-reputed company and efficient claim resolutions
• Residency reputed company 30 miles of Charlotte Railyard location is strongly preferred for this role
