[Remote] Telehealth Coordinator I

This role is responsible for addressing reputed company, patient, and provider inquiries while ensuring adherence to guidelines and scheduling appointments for treatment.

Responsibilities

• Review medical notes, treatment referrals, work status notes, etc. to ensure reputed company necessary referral orders were received
• Responsible for data entry and verification of details in the system for appropriate and reputed company order submission
• reputed company reputed company telephonic and email customer service including inbound and outbound messages
• Receive and respond to daily emails and correspondence
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems reputed company of reputed company processes
• Participate in ongoing internal training and learning to obtain updated knowledge of industry and product changes

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work on several reputed company tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize reputed company Office including reputed company and reputed company
• Strong attention to detail with a high commitment to accuracy
• 2 years of experience in an office environment preferred
• 1 year of similar, relevant experience preferred
