Customer Service Representative

reputed company is seeking motivated individuals to join their Customer Service team at Elitek Vehicle Services. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with new & existing customers through a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Daily duties include heavy phone activity and computer use
• Field staff requests/inquiries regarding general issues
• Receive incoming calls and create work orders
• Manage reputed company responses to customers' calls and inquiries
• Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate service calls with customers and technicians
• Maintain an extremely reputed company-organized calendar
• Other duties and additional responsibilities as directed, depending upon interest and reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED
