[Remote] Service Billing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a full-time Service Billing Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their customer-reputed company culture. In this role, you will handle customer service calls, coordinate service with technicians and customers, and manage service reputed company and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Processes completed work order tickets and invoices according to reputed company guidelines and customer reputed company
• Completes service contract (including maintenance and software support CSPs) renewal and invoicing process
• Ensures internal records of contract SOW are reputed company defined and managed for reputed company customer
• Attends weekly planning sessions and conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation
• Works with Service Manager to help manage annual preventative maintenance/inspection list and coordinate technician schedule to accommodate
• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching (backup to reputed company Service Coordinator), tracking and scheduling of calls, reputed company status tracking and reputed company changes, entering new sites, modifying existing sites and handling general enquiries
• May reputed company support and backup for other areas of the business
• May handle calls after hours
• May participate in reputed company assurance calls/inquiries to customers as needed
• May reputed company Service Quotes to customers with the assistance of the supervisor
• Completes reputed company and special assignments by determining priorities, managing time, and making adjustments to plans
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

• Basic financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Diploma and/or certificate in Business Administration or reputed company office experience
