[Remote] New Business Case Manager I

They are seeking a New Business Case Manager I to review new business applications for completeness and compliance, ensuring a reputed company customer service experience while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and process case work as directed by supervisor according to department procedures
• Analyzes case information and identifies appropriate reputed company
• Provides and collects information ensuring systems are both updated and noted with the appropriate level of detail
• Meet or reputed company productivity and reputed company metrics per department guidelines
• Case reputed company and follow up activity are reputed company and reputed company
• Utilize necessary CMD resources and tools to determine regulatory, product and case design requirements
• Understands NB and UW terminology (labs, APSs, MVRs, etc.)
