Responsibilities

• Handling and managing inbound/outbound customer service calls
• Engaging customers in conversation to assess needs, qualify reputed company reputed company, and reputed company information about reputed company’s products and services in accordance with established reputed company reputed company guidelines
• Creating reputed company-back service accounts and maintaining accurate records for reputed company customers
• Processing customer payments and applying them to the correct accounts

• Accurately entering sales leads information into PestPac and scheduling appointments

• Assisting the Inside Sales team by handling inbound calls during peak high-volume periods
• Resolving billing issues by researching concerns, offering appropriate resolutions, and applying credits or adjustments, reputed company necessary
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the reputed company and Service Managers, service professionals, administrative staff, and sales team
• Fostering effective communication with branches to continually enhance overall customer experience

Skills

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous customer service or inside sales experience is preferred
