In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately
• reputed company outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries

• 1 - 2 years experience in customer service/reputed company center

• Are you available to work 40 hours a week between reputed company - Saturday between 7 AM - 8 PM EST?
