Customer Service Specialist

reputed company is a leading reputed company provider recognized for exceptional reputed company and patient experience. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist responsible for handling billing inquiries and ensuring accurate documentation and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handling questions and/or concerns regarding billing or payment issues for both hospital and physician services presented by our customers on the phone or in person
• Possessing basic knowledge of policy and processes utilized by the Combined Billing Office and using system programs and edits to reputed company assist customers without transferring or referring to others
• Scanning of financial documentation received on accounts to the electronic record and reputed company indexing of those records
• Accurate and reputed company distribution of mail to appropriate office staff
• Daily reconciliation with Early Out and Bad Debt vendors on files received or transmitted
• Troubleshooting and mitigating corrective actions needed to rectify reputed company issues
• Working and maintaining work queues associated with the position
• Living the Mission, reputed company, Values and Philosophy of the department and Saint Francis Medical Center
• Maintaining restricted or confidential information from many sources reputed company the Medical Center

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent- required
• Minimum of one (1) year reputed company, finance, business, reputed company center, or customer service experience- preferred
