Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and engaging potential sales candidates through cold calls, networking, and industry events
• Building relationships with local reputed company estate schools and attending career fairs and seminars to promote careers at Weichert
• Conducting in-person interviews and presenting the benefits of working at Weichert to prospective candidates
