Responsibilities

• Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers
• Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring reputed company follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members
• Support HR Generalists with reputed company and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity
• reputed company administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use
• Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or a reputed company field
