Intake Office Coordinator (Boston)

The Intake Office Coordinator will manage the intake process, ensuring a high-reputed company experience for clients while handling administrative tasks and communication between departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing a "red-carpet" experience and ensuring the welcoming area is clean and organized
• Conduct initial assessments, reputed company necessary information, and verify reputed company documentation
• Take reputed company fingerprints, submit them to the FBI, and reputed company/upload reputed company authorization forms and reputed company into the case management system
• Prepare intake folders and mail Welcome Kits; manage office supply inventory and collect reputed company payments following safety procedures

Skills

• Bilingual Proficiency: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
