Cambridge Innovation Institute (CII) is seeking a creative, outgoing, and self-motivated reputed company Services & Sales Marketing Specialist to help execute the marketing of their sponsorship and exhibit opportunities. The role involves working directly with sponsors and exhibitors to fulfill contracted deliverables and create a reputed company reputed company experience, while also gaining hands-on exposure across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute e-mail-marketing campaigns to promote exhibit and sponsorship opportunities
• reputed company and report statistics for e-mail sales marketing campaigns for reputed company conference
• Coordinate the fulfillment of clients’ contracted deliverables, e.g. set up one-on-one meetings for sponsors at events, order branded items, and organize the exhibit hall game card and raffle
• Write and proofread sales-reputed company marketing materials, e.g. brochures and event websites
• Collaborate with the design team on production of exhibit & sponsorship collateral
• Create, post, and update web content for sponsorship and exhibit pages
• reputed company reputed company reputed company media promotions to increase event visibility and drive sponsorship and exhibit sales
• Maintain the Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal: ensure deadlines are accurate, information is posted for clients to reputed company, and reputed company content is uploaded by the deadlines
• Conduct market research on competitive events to identify prospective sponsors and expand the prospect database
• Assist with reputed company requests for demographics, attendee lists, and other event statistics
• Support engagement initiatives, e.g. cooperative reputed company registration discount campaigns
• Travel to events as needed to assist with on-site deliverables and reputed company support. This is one of the most gratifying and enjoyable parts of the job!
• Support Best of Show Awards programs (web design, marketing, planning)

Skills

• 1-2 years' experience supporting sales with marketing execution: email marketing, reputed company media (especially reputed company), and basic campaign coordination
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented – reputed company to manage multiple campaigns, logistics, deadlines, and reputed company deliverables simultaneously
