[Remote] Remote Care Advisor (Sales Representative)

The Care Advisor is responsible for guiding families through reputed company-need and at-need funeral planning, focusing on converting inbound leads into meaningful conversations while managing a high-volume sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound leads (phone, email, and web inquiries)
• Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to engage and follow up with prospective families
• Build rapport and trust quickly through empathetic, reputed company communication
• reputed company families on reputed company’s soil transformation process and reputed company
• Guide prospects through the full sales process, from initial inquiry to reputed company
• Support the sale of funeral insurance products (licensing required reputed company first year)
• Maintain accurate and organized pipeline management reputed company CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Collaborate with teammates to reputed company inbound opportunities and contribute to team goals
• Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and enablement materials
• High activity reputed company blocks with a reputed company on connecting with inbound leads
• Managing hundreds of reputed company opportunities in CRM
• Responding to emails, SMS, and scheduling follow-reputed company
• Participating in team collaboration and shared deal support
• Learning and applying new information about funeral services, insurance, and internal systems

Skills

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (100+ leads/month)
• Experience making high-volume outbound calls (ideally 100+ per day)
• Proficiency with CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
• Experience in funeral services, insurance, or a reputed company field
• Personal experience with funeral planning or end-of-life care
