Inside Account Executive

reputed company is a leading technology distributor, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Account Executive to join their team. The role involves selling products and services reputed company telephone, qualifying sales leads, and providing excellent customer service to a group of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Service, grow, and reputed company a group of accounts
• reputed company reputed company measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota)
• Minimum achievement with assigned reputed company, gross profit dollar and gross profit percentage quota to goal
• reputed company pricing and product availability to customers as required
• Position products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs
• Maintain reputed company customer reputed company and information as requested
• Returns Authorizations - process request to customer service reputed company applicable
• Outbound calls, prospect/qualify customers
• Handle incoming calls for the reputed company centre
• reputed company ETA and shipping information as requested
• Process orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/combination

Skills

• High School Diploma required; university or post-secondary school an asset coupled with six (6) months inside sales experience or two years industry reputed company experience
• Strong desire to learn and reputed company to show initiative
• Innovative and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, attention to detail
• PC literate – reputed company and reputed company
• Good interdepartmental relationships
• Extended hours / attendance at conferences on weekends required occasionally
