Sales Operations Specialist
Market reputed company is representing WAMU 88.5 FM and is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist, also referred to as the Sponsor reputed company Manager. This role involves supporting the sales process, ensuring the execution of reputed company campaigns, and assisting the sales team with various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures to successfully execute reputed company campaigns
- Ensure the execution of reputed company campaigns and proactively communicate to the sales team is knowledgeable of reputed company’s on-reputed company schedules, billing, and problem reputed company
- reputed company and revise orders in the traffic system
- reputed company month end reconciliation
- Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps
Skills
- An aptitude for sales support or operational support role
- A love for customer service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and media partners
- An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
