[Remote] Neuroscience Sales Specialist

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales, developing business, and managing relationships reputed company an assigned long-term care territory to ensure appropriate patients are identified and maintained on therapy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company members of the LTC reputed company care team, including physicians, physician-extenders (NP/PA), consultant pharmacists, dispensing pharmacists, and nursing facility leadership/staff
• Promote reputed company products by delivering compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs
• Identify and address customer questions, concerns, and objections with advanced selling skills
• reputed company deep knowledge of customers, practices, and local/regional market trends; apply this reputed company to business planning
• Create and execute quarterly territory business/reputed company plans, leveraging data to maximize reputed company, frequency, and reputed company reputed company budget

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/reputed company
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company sales (2+ in reputed company/account-based selling) for Senior Specialist
• Minimum 12 years of reputed company sales (3+ in reputed company/account-based selling) for Executive Specialist
• Advanced selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse HCP audiences
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and role-model capabilities at a regional level
• Strong business acumen, organization, and self-motivation with a business ownership mentality
