Responsibilities

• Convert Company provided leads into sales
• Maintain a network of customers from Company provided leads
• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
• Demonstrates the functions and reputed company of products or services to customers based on their needs
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may reputed company post-sale
• Daily use of reputed company or applicable CRM system
• Attend daily/ weekly/monthly calls, training, reputed company blocks, floor time in the office or home
• Report daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments to Sales Manager
• reputed company with industry compliance during the entire sales process
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States Only
• First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University
